Our most asked question is ‘how do I know what size to choose’? ... well, how long is a piece of string?

 

We know that one size never fits all, and have learnt over the past few years that a broad range of size options is needed, so we offer this by default wherever it’s applicable.

 

We haven’t used the terms 'small, medium, large' etc. because we don’t like the negative connotations these can carry. We offer all sizes in CM, and you can find out how to get your perfect size here.

 

Please note that we can resize bracelets if you order the wrong size, but this incurs a £5 fee, so we highly recommend measuring first.

Semi precious and demi fine jewellery can and will last a long time with the correct care. We like to think of it as the cherry on the cake - the last thing to go on and the first thing to come off!

We take great care when it comes to packaging our products. We want them to look great whilst not being excessive. As such, we like to think every order will feel like a little gift to yourself when you receive it!

 

For those extra special orders, you can also upgrade to our luxury gift packaging.

 

We're also able to send gifts direct to the recipient. Please leave us a note at checkout if you would like us to do this so we can ensure it is packaged appropriately.

 

BTW - all of our packaging is plastic free and we strive for it to be recycled AND recyclable wherever possible.
