HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
This is the part that throws everyone, but we’ve made it as simple as possible to get it right! Head to our size guide to work out the best size for you. Please read it carefully. But if you get it wrong, we can resize most things for a small fee.
WHAT IS FRANK + MILS JEWELLERY MADE FROM?
We work hard to source the best quality at an accessible price. Head to our care advice for lots more info on the materials we use.
WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE OPTIONS?
Postage is free on all orders! Orders under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Large Letter with proof of posting. All orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. For more info, please read our delivery + returns page.
CAN I GIFT FRANK + MILS?
Absolutely! We LOVE helping you find a special gift for your loved ones. We package every order in a way that we feel is good enough to gift, but please let us know if you would like a gift note included and/or are sending the item direct to the recipient. We’ll make sure it’s extra special if so!
CAN I ORDER SOMETHING COMPLETELY BESPOKE?
Yes you can! There’s nothing we love more than getting to play with our (excessive) bead selection! You can use our bespoke page to get in touch with any bespoke requests, or DM us on Instagram if you’re not sure where to start!
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We pride ourselves on being pretty speedy! Most orders are whizzing out of the workshop within 24 hours, if not sooner. Bespoke and personalised orders can take a little longer, we’ll always message you with an update if this is so. If you need something in a hurry, please contact us first.
CAN YOU RESIZE MY ORDER?
Yes, this is almost always possible. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Resizing usually incurs a small fee as most items have to be completely remade.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
All of our items are made to order, with bespoke sizing and personalisation. Because of this, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. For more info, please read our delivery + returns page.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Beautifully! We’ve worked long and hard on our packaging and we love it and are proud to say it is plastic free. If you have gifts in your order and would like them packaged individually, please let us know as soon as you order.
