DELIVERY
We offer free postage on all of our products, because there’s nothing more annoying than being stung by a big delivery charge right at the end of your purchase!
Orders under £50 are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter with proof of postage.
Orders over £50 are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you will receive updates on your delivery via email or text. If you would like Tracked 24 on an order under £50 you can upgrade your delivery for just £3.

We make every piece to order and lead times can vary depending on the item and personalisation. Most items are made and posted within 24 hours. If an item has a longer lead time it will be detailed in the description.

If you need an item in a hurry please contact us as we can usually help!
RETURNS
All of our items are made to order, with bespoke sizing and personalisation. Because of this, items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
We can resize an item for a small fee (£5). Please contact us via email or Instagram if you require resizing. Please note, £5 includes the cost of us returning your resized item, but you will be required to cover the cost of returning your item to us. Until we receive your item it is your responsibility, as such, we recommend using a tracked service.
If your order is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days so we can help resolve any issues.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
